Our values
We speak to each other respectfully, honestly and responsibly. Personal experiences are identified as such. Speculation, AI-generated content or advertising must not be presented as genuine personal or medical facts. No one will be demeaned because of gender, origin, identity, sexual orientation, disability, illness, religion or way of life.

Binding commitment
I publish only content for which I can be held responsible, label personal experiences as such, respect other people and do not present speculation as facts. I do not publish data about third parties, dangerous treatment recommendations, advertising or illegal content. I understand that approved contributions become public and are editorially reviewed prior to publication.
